Sean Cary is the principal and owner of Sean Cary Real Estate, a boutique agency based in Noosa Heads on Queensland's Sunshine Coast. Sean has over 20 years of experience in the Noosa property market and personally oversees every sale and every managed property in the agency's portfolio.
Sean Cary Real Estate provides two core services:
Residential sales — Sean specialises in owner-occupier and investor sales across Noosa Heads, Noosa Sound, Peregian Beach, Sunshine Beach and Tewantin, with a focus on premium coastal property.
Property management — Unlike franchise agencies, Sean maintains a deliberately limited rent roll so that every landlord deals directly with the principal. Sean is the single point of contact for owners, tenants and tradespeople, which means faster responses, clearer communication and direct accountability.
Because Sean sells in the Noosa market every week, landlords receive advice most property managers cannot give: not just what a property rents for, but what it is worth and when the timing is right to sell. When investor clients sell, Sean manages the transaction end to end.
Sean is a licensed real estate agent in Queensland, holds a Masters Degree in Property and a member of the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ). He is deeply involved in the local community, as a sponsor and real estate presenter of community radio station Noosa FM and treasurer of the Noosa Trailblazers Mountain Bike Club. His family has grown up in the area attending local schools and have been involved in nippers, AFL, local dance studios and the Sunshine Coast Cycling Club.
